Professional profile:
- University graduate, advanced technical college graduate or polytechnical graduate
-Internship experience within the Telecommunication environment desirable
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Ability to analyse functional and operational requirements and translation into Telco solutions
- Good understanding of data and process modelling techniques
- Strong customer relationship skills
- Strong communication skills
- Understanding of Voice, IP, Data, Broadband networks, ATM, Frame Relay, Leased Circuits, MPLs in regards to international voice solutions

(Global Print and Media Leader)
Description:
The Manager will provide guidance and support to architect integrated solutions encompassing key technology areas such as Voice and Data Network Infrastructure, Automatic Call Distributors (ACD), interactive Voice Response (IVR), Computer Telephony Integration (CTI), Web Telephony Integration (WTI), Voice over IP (VOIP) and international routing (IPLC as well as cloud solutions). Manager will work with local IT team to identify and evaluate new call center technologies and define strategy.
Requirements/Qualifications:
•5 years experience with IT and business process development, monitoring and reengineering.
•BA/BS in Business or Information Systems or equivalent experience required. Specific experience with integration of telecommunications and/or web platforms with other IT systems required.
•Highly experienced in North American telecommunication and call center technology environment.
General Duties:
• Manager will be responsible for the technology/solutions RFP process and project management to ensure on-time/on budget deliveries.
• Manager is expected to offer extensive knowledge, based on hands-on technology design and implementation experience of key technology capabilities, value propositions, vendor offerings, architecture and implementation best practices and functional design considerations
• Must be able to interpret business owner requirements to IT and IT issues to business owners in a clear and concise fashion.
• Manage the day to day activities of the local IT team.
• Support the internal and external customer relations as well as vendor relations.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• Ideal candidate will have strong knowledge with existing and emerging call center technology aspects, data and voice, global/internal aspects and consultancy background.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to acquire and apply large quantities of new information in a very rapid fashion.
• Ability to lead teams or work alone as required during scope development, design, test and implementation phases of projects.
• Must be able to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization, including executives.
