Job Description:
Self motivated and self sufficient individuals with good communication skills and proven high output.
* Code and Implement client server & web application components for Confirmations System, using multiple programming and scripting languages.
* Perform analysis, design, coding, application testing, and documentation tasks.
* Work with Database Administrators, Software and Systems Engineers, and existing team to refine the application design
requirements based on the business needs. Adhere to prevalent Change Management Policies and processes.
* Provide support for User Acceptance Testing.
Job Requirements:
* Excellent understanding and experience with all of the following: HTML, XSL, J2EE standards, Java, Java Servlets, DHTML, JavaScript, and JSP.
* Experience with ODBC/JDBC and Sybase 12.5. Need strong database programming knowledge in Sybase including performance
optimization.
* In-depth knowledge of an Application Server such as BEA WebLogic, Netscape or Websphere. Current with emerging technologies and methodologies.
* Excellent knowledge of Web application development environments such as Weblogic. Working knowledge of UNIX and NT.
* Track record of delivering code within original estimates and on time.
* Knowledge of Capital markets products and confirmations in general is desirable.
* 5+ years hands on EXPERIENCE

Product Marketing Manager, Solution Strategy and Positioning.
Product Marketing is responsible for defining the solution strategy and positioning. Working with all internal departments and external constituents (customers, prospects, analysts, industry influencers), define a long-term solution strategy that will support the company in its business objectives. All elements of the solution are covered under this responsibility (software and services).
ROLES INCLUDE:

1)Product Planning
Product Marketing manages the Product Planning Process. This role includes:
• collecting input for the product plan
• defining the value proposition, positioning and high level requirements for the software and services
• communicating the process to all constituents
• ensuring the process is followed and that it is effective, and
• regularly publishing the plan
2)Competitive analysis
Product Marketing is responsible for identifying and analyzing the main competitors and communicating to the field staff each competitor’s strategies, strengths and weaknesses. For each competitor, recommend specific sales strategies, offensive and defensive tactics.
3)Pricing
Product Marketing defines pricing for the CMMS software and services, and works with each department to ensure feasibility, internal acceptance and external acceptance.
4)Sales Tools
Product Marketing defines the content (value proposition and key messaging) for all materials and mediums, including the corporate collateral, web site, analysts briefings, demos and scripts, proposal templates, events and presentations delivered by employees to outside constituents. Product Marketing works with Marketing Communications to develop the tools and to ensure that the field is able to make effective use of the tools.
5)Sales Support
Product marketing is an active participant in supporting the sales team in their efforts to close business. This activity includes:
• helping sales reps to define account strategies
• rehearsals for sales events
• presenting to or conducting conference calls with prospective and existing customers and partners
• attending sales events when needed.
6)Presentations:
The Product Marketing Manager attends conferences, trade shows and analyst events to present the company position and message.
Travel up to 25%.
