RESPONSIBILITIES:
Replace proprietary tools with CA Unicenter’s tools set (SDO,RCO and AMO)
Build server and perform OS Installation
Performance & capacity planning
Availability, performance, & capacity monitoring
Configure Server Virus protection
System (access) administration
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Interface with local IT groups when local hands-on assistance is required.
Assist Systems Integrator with solutions and deployment specifically on the CA Unicenter
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
=Proven experience with CA Unicenter Software Delivery (SDO) // Remote Control (RCO) // Asset Management (is a must)
=Experience in Service Desk
=2 years experience installing, supporting and troubleshooting Windows NT, 2000, 2003, Linux Servers and Clusters
=Server and Workstation Hardware (Compaq, HP, Fibre switches, Tape libraries)
=Windows Active Directory management (Domain Controllers, DNS, Roaming)
=
Show creative and innovative approaches in developing solutions to needs and
solving and preventing problems
=
Excellent communication, negotiation and diplomatic skills
Ability to maintain contacts with multicultural and multinational participants
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
MCSE 2000 or 2003
Certification with CA Unicenter SDO (is a major asset)
Certification with CA Unicenter RCO (is a major asset)
Certification with CA Unicenter AMO (is a major asset)
