2x Solutions Delivery Managers for East/West North America Territory - PERM

2 (Two) x Relationship / Solutions Delivery Manager (Engagement Manager) for established and growing Reliability Software company.

The Engagement Manager is responsible for the scope acceptance, management, customer satisfaction and overall success of each designated customer engagement. The Engagement Manager will also assume responsibility for the ongoing relationship management of designated customers.
You will work on the full project lifecycle: Proposal Development, thru Scope, Changes, rollout and signoff. At all times you will ensure all parties involved are given timely status communication.

Requirements
* Minimum 7 years of consulting experience, managing external clients.
* Minimum 7 years of project management experience.
* Minimum 5 years experience implementing and/or managing Reliability Improvement, CMMS, or ERP projects.
* Strong understanding of CMMS software functionality and general applicability is desirable.
* RCM 2 Certification is desirable.
* Capable of presenting a software technical architecture and implementation methodologies to customers during the sales cycle.
* Experience managing technical software solution rollouts at multiple sites.
* Well developed people management skills.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
* Strong customer communication and relationship management skills.
* Positive, team oriented attitude.
* Experience with hiring, coaching and mentoring team members.
* Ability to travel approximately 25 – 50%.

Base salary at 110 to 130K, plus bonus structure.
